How it started

I started in 2014 at a brand-side marketing job in Cairo. Climbed the ladder fast. Agencies sell motion, brands buy outcomes. Most marketers confuse the two. I never did.

Why the agency

Started Fadaa Marketing in 2019. Five years later we run media for 120+ brands across Egypt and the GCC. The real product was the playbook we built running 1,000+ campaigns.

Why AI now

Late 2024 I shipped a tool in 15 days that would have cost $80,000 and 6 months. That moment broke my brain. Not because of the time saved — because of what it means for everyone who still buys SaaS instead of building it.

Why teach

Because the gap between operators-who-build and everyone-else is widening fast. The MENA founder who can ship today eats tomorrow's market. I want to be on the inside of that crew.

Ads don't fix broken businesses. AI doesn't fix broken thinking. The playbook starts upstream.
